Leases Ending & Renewing As is the trend, most of your leases will be coming due within the next few months. According to your leases, if you are terminating within your initial 6-12 month lease, we require you to give a sixty day notice to vacate. However, if you’ve been with us for at least 12 months, you are only required to give us a thirty day notice. Once you renew after your initial twelve months, your termination fee is also cut in half!
